1. Holiday bonus
The EFL teacher who has been employed at one PLUS summer centre and has accomplished his/her job to the company's satisfaction, is entitled to a two week holiday for two people, free of charge, at an Italian sea, mountain, lake or spa resort on top of the agreed salary.

2. Premium Voucher
The premium voucher entitles the bearer to a two-week holiday for two people in a residence, and/or to special discounts at hotels or on Mediterranean cruises, up to 70% on the general retail prices.
For hotel accommodation or holidays booked outside the periods indicated in the booking programme, a supplement may be payable.

3. Booking Procedure
The teacher, together with his/last salary payment, receives the Premium Voucher valid till June 15th 2009, and a CD showing over 40/50 residences/hotels at sea, mountain, and spa resorts out of which he/she may select one where he/she would like to stay and the booking procedure.
Please note that the bonus does not include transportation and/or meal costs, though most residences enjoy self-catering cooking facilities.

4. Terms & Conditions
The company's satisfaction is determined solely by PLUS management on the basis of the clients, group leaders' and Course Director's reports. As such it is discretionary and cannot be disputed.
The free holiday is PLUS complimentary bonus and as such cannot be reimbursed if not used or for circumstances beyond PLUS control i.e., force majeure, epidemics, liquidation of the T.O and so on.
