The residential village of Kastalia lies in an area of approximately 100 hectares and is the ideal solution for anyone who simply wishes to enjoy a peaceful and natural environment without forgoing comfort, excellent sport facilities or good amenities.
Kastalia is located on the southern coast of Sicily near Ragusa in an un-spoilt region next to the beautiful Natural Park of Pino D'Alpeppo, and very near to the ancient Greek town of Kamarina.
The village comprises of two hotels and one residence with several flats.

The Flats
The flats are equipped with air conditioning, fridge, safe, TV, telephone and have a patio if located on the ground floor or a balcony if on the first floor.
The 2 room flats have a lounge with kitchen-corner and two single beds, one double bedroom plus a single bed and two bathrooms (a sliding door separates the lounge with toilet, from the bedroom with toilet).
The 3 room flats are composed of lounge with kitchen-corner and a single bed, two bed rooms (one with double and one with twin beds) and one bathroom.

The village
The Village, just over 3 miles from the beach, boasts a reception room, 3 bars (one next to the Olympic swimming pool), 3 swimming pools, 2 summer game parks, 2 fitness centres, 8 tennis courts, 4 courts, 4 football fields, meeting rooms, mini-golf, archery, basket and volley ball, market, health centre, mini and junior club and baby club. Parking and medical services are available.

Compulsory costs (to be paid on arrival):
" Electricity, water, gas, air conditioning, bed linen and bathroom towel € 35 per person per week
" For a 5 bed flat if occupied by fewer people, the costs are calculated on a minimum of 4 person occupancy
" General cleaning on departure € 45 (kitchen, cutlery and dishes must be left clean otherwise a supplement of € 30 is levied)
" Club card € 35 per person per week
" Deposit € 200 (reimbursed on departure)
