The flats are located in several buildings in the proximity of Marina di Massa, along the famous Mediterranean pinewoods which characterize this famous Riviera. Their architecture, liberty, and deco style are clear reminiscences of the tourism tradition long celebrated in this Tuscan region.

In the summer, the numerous bathing establishments, perfectly equipped, extend in a colorful and extravagant stream of umbrellas along the beautiful white beaches.

Sport facilities, including sailing and pedal boats, tennis and football courts, cycling, horse riding, basket and volley ball, baseball and fishing are all there for people's fun and enjoyment.

The Flats
Simply but functionally furnished all flats have a balcony or a small garden if they are located on the ground floor. Regardless of their location, each flat has everything one may need to cook and are structured along the same concept: a lounge with kitchen-corner and a single/double sofa-bed plus a double bedroom and bathroom.

The Centre
The Reception is in a local travel agency. The flats are situated between 300 meters and 1 km from the beach. In all cases, the town's commercial centre, the restaurants, pizzeria, coffee-bars, and shops are all within easy reach. During the summer, the night life is exceptionally alive and stimulating, disco and night clubs where several first class artists, singers etc perform regularly provide the ideal solution for those people seeking fun and enjoyment. The beaches extend for well over 10 km.
