All the apartments are located in central position next to various shops and numerous amenities.
They obviously differ quite sensibly one another in terms of architecture, furniture etc. depending on the taste of the respective owners but regardeless of their ubication whether in Rimini, Riccione, Portoverde or Cattolica, they all are simply furnished but at an acceptable standard and are very much in demand especially among young people. No surprise, as the Riviera Romagnola is quite famous for its intense night life, the generosity and warmth of its people, and the good food reasonably priced.

The Flats
The apartments generally have a balcony or a patio and are composed of a double bed room often with a foldaway double bed, a lounge with open kitchenette and twin bed sofa.

The Centre
Supermarkets, shops, coffee-bars, numerous restaurants and pizzeria are quite common to the four towns.
The unexpectedly large and popular white sand beaches are generally quite near the residences (600 mts on average)
