Pleasant terraced houses located in various parts of a vast natural park form The Residence Club Sole Rosso, with no doubt one of the most popular summer resorts in the region, just 12 km from Olbia airport.

The residence is also a good base from which to visit Porto Rotondo and the Costa Smeralda long celebrated for their emerald color seas.

The Flats
Simply but functionally furnished, all flats (most with mezzanine) have a balcony or, if located on the ground floor, a patio. They generally consist of a lounge with kitchen corner and a single or twin sofa bed,
an open double bed room on the mezzanine, and a bathroom.

The Centre
Reception (you can deposit your valuables), restaurant, pizzeria with panoramic view over Cugnana and Porto Rotondo, American bar, boutique, swimming pool for adults and children, tennis court, five-a-side football, social activities and sport tournaments organized daily, plus social activities, cabaret and various artists performances in the evening, Germinal club 3/10 and Germinal Teen club10/13 with special trainers, scheduled shuttle service.
Ira a Punta Nuraghe, Punta Asfodelo, Sassi and Alghe (one in front of the other), Marinella,The sea is about 8 km away from the village.
