Career Bridge for Employers
Measured Experience. Proven Outcomes.
Career Bridge helps employers support future talent through short work experience projects that build career awareness and employability skills. We work with a simple impact framework designed to support ESG / CSR and social value reporting, so that the outcomes created through the programme can be measured, documented and reported clearly.
Why this matters

Many capable students make decisions about their future with limited exposure to the world of work. They may know a small number of familiar careers, but have little understanding of the wider range of industries, roles and opportunities available to them. For employers, this means that future talent often filters itself out before your sector is even considered.

Career Bridge is designed to address that gap through career-focused experiences. Students work on short projects shaped by real companies, hear directly from professionals, and gain practical insight into their chosen industry. For employers, this creates a meaningful way to support early careers while contributing to social value and community impact goals.

The outcomes we aim to deliver
Future Clarity
Students explore subject areas, industries and roles in a more concrete way, helping them make better-informed decisions about university courses and future career directions.
Access
The programme is designed to help students stand out in future applications through stronger experience, outputs and evidence of engagement.
Confidence
Students become more confident discussing careers, asking questions and reflecting on their own interests and strengths.
Insight
Direct interaction with professionals helps students understand their chosen industry better and what day-to-day work can really involve.
How we measure impact
To support measurable and reportable outcomes, we have designed an impact framework to track participation, student development and key outcomes in a simple, usable format. This means employers can receive clear summaries of their involvement and the impact created through the programme which they can reference in social value reporting.

Students complete a short survey before and after the programme to measure change in key areas such as career awareness, confidence speaking to professionals, understanding of sector-specific skills and clarity about future pathways. Alongside this, we record participation, session delivery and total hours completed.
What we track
Participation
Number of students, sessions delivered, attendance and total hours completed.
Development
Change in confidence, career awareness, and readiness to engage with employers.
Engagement
Company involvement, project delivery, and direct student feedback.
