Granada is a city in the Andalusia region of southern Spain, set at the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains. It is world-famous for its outstanding medieval architecture, especially the Alhambra – a hilltop fortress complex that includes royal palaces, tranquil courtyards, reflective pools from the Nasrid dynasty, and the beautiful gardens and fountains of the Generalife.
Our residence is located in the centre of Granada, surrounded by everything students may need on a daily basis – supermarkets, gyms, pharmacies and medical facilities. It is perfectly positioned between the city’s three university campuses. Within just a few minutes you can reach the historic centre, where you can enjoy delicious tapas with friends. A short walk will take you to Puerta Elvira and the Albaicín district – a maze of narrow streets where you can wander and feel transported back to the Nasrid era. From the famous Mirador de San Nicolás, you can admire some of the most spectacular sunsets in Spain.
Granada has its own international airport, and Málaga Airport is only two hours away.
