CENTRE DESCRIPTION

Malta is a beautiful island situated in the heart of the Mediterranean with majestic buildings, museums and great beaches. It has a rich culture, with Arabian, Spanish and Italian influences, but due to the British occupation and influence it is also a great place to learn English.

The PLUS centre is a 4 star resort located in the North-East of the island. The hotel offers well-equipped rooms as well as comfortable facilities including a swimming pool and lounge areas. Classrooms are either in the hotel of in premises nearby, (in this case transport to the school is provided).

SOCIAL PROGRAMMES AND SPORT

Our activity programme will get students involved from the very start, with a welcome party so that they immediately meet new people and make new friends. The programme includes sports sessions, beach games and excursions during the day with a variety of evening activities including disco nights, movies, karaoke, talent contests and much more.

Evening Activities:

A 2-week programme in 2024 includes:

1 Full Day exploring the capital and the Golden Bay beach, famous for its golden sand and clear, transparent sea.
1 Half Day in Ghajn Tuffieha for relaxation and fun on the wonderful sandy beach at the foot of the promontory.
1 Half Day in Sliema for a visit to one of Malta's most beloved seaside resorts.
1 Half Day on the island of Comino, with a boat trip to the enchanting Blue Lagoon of Comino, a natural paradise where you can dive into the turquoise waters and admire the beautiful seabed.
1 Half Day at Ghadira Beach: Excursion to the famous Ghadira Beach, with its long stretches of clear sand and crystal-clear sea.
1 Half Day at Armier Beach, located in the north of the island, a popular beach with crystal-clear blue waters, ideal for trying out one of the fun water sports.
