Career Intern is our most advanced tier: a structured, group-based internship experience where students work on live, company-designed project briefs and deliver outcomes suitable for real organisations. Students operate under professional constraints, collaborate in high-expectation teams, and present solutions directly to host companies. 

This programme develops the behaviours and performance standards expected in competitive environments — from university interviews and internship selection processes to early-career roles where clarity, judgment, teamwork and presentation matter.

 

Course Topics & Subjects

Students work on live business challenges and complete real-world consulting-style projects. Each project brief is built around issues of genuine relevance to the host company. The students analyse the brief, develop a structured strategy, and present recommendations directly to host company.

Max 15 students per class
One visit to the host company to set the project
Two masterclasses delivered by a guest expert
One final presentation session led by the host company
