Booking Confirmation
The total number of passengers, breakdown by age and gender, must be confirmed no later than 38 days prior to arrival. Between that moment and 30 days to arrival:
- Changes in passengers will be allowed for same gender and age category (adult or minor).
- Additional group members may be requested but will be subject to availability.
- Up to 10% of bookings can be cancelled in line with our standard Ts & Cs. Any cancellations exceeding this limit will incur a £250 cancellation fee.
Thereafter, PLUS' standard Ts & Cs and policies will apply, except cancellations above 10% which will continue to incur a £250 cancellation fee.
Rooming List
Rooming lists will be submitted 28 days in advance and cannot be modified with name changes or changes in room pairings.
Rooms with incorrect names will be treated as no-shows and therefore subject to a 100% penalty.
Rooms with new names will be treated as new bookings and therefore subject to availability and applicable rates at the time of the change, at the full expense of the client.
Accommodation Details
Accommodation will normally be provided in a hotel. However, depending on availability, PLUS may arrange suitable alternative accommodation, such as university or student residences.
Accommodation is planned in single, twin, or triple rooms. If your group requires a specific room type, let us know and we will try to make adjustments.
Passport Requirements
All passengers must be holders of a non-British passport.
Meals
All meals from the first lunch are included. Dinners will be served at local restaurants, with pizza arranged for the first evening and burgers with fries on the second. Breakfast will be provided at the accommodation, and packed lunches will be available from the first day.
